Design a website for finding resources using Lightning design system
My ROLe
I was the UI designer for this project. I had to use the Lightning design System of Salesforce for implementing the designs.
The challenge
2-1-1 for Dallas is run by the Community Council of Greater Dallas, umbrella org for greater Dallas region. They help in finding resources for people who call them for assistance. They need the ability to manage communications and subscriptions via Salesforce.

Sketches
Sketched out the screens for the flows. There are two main types.
Super users -
One pager that "power-users" could employ.
First time/infrequent users -
Something like a wizard process for first-time/infrequent users
FINAL DESIGNS
Reason for call -
Based on the calls received in the past 11 years, the people at Unite Organization have categorized people's reason for calling into five main categories. All the other reasons can be entered in the 'Other reason' option. Based on this input, information would be asked from the callers.
There are other screens , where user can enter
- Basic Information
- Care giver information
- Demographic information
User can navigate back and forth to these screens.
RESOURCES -
Based on all this information given by the caller, the support person would find the resources. Resources can be located on a map. Filters can also be applied, based on the caller needs and information given
SUPER USER
This screen is for super users or frequent user's who often use the system. User can scroll down to the information that he wants to view.
